    Job Description
    This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising all processes and activities related to order process management; inventory integrity and customer service issues; VMI processes, transportation coordination and international product shipping processes.  Work with the floor leads to ensure shipments and fill rates comply with customer expectations.


    • Meet with shift leads to coordinate warehouse activities to ensure safe and accurate receiving and shipping of product.
    • Supervise administrative and order process management, maintain open communication between office, customer service and warehouse floor.
    • Develop and maintain systems to measure order fulfillment, accuracy and shipment timeliness. Provide various accuracy and production reports using SAP and BI information.
    • Train and supervise associates to properly, safely and efficiently perform their jobs.
    • Scheduling of personnel, equipment and services.
    • Ensures product is shipped and handled with the highest quality standards while achieving maximum productivity.
    • Compliance to NIBCO safety, OSHA, environmental and quality programs. Enforce good safety practices by conducting meetings/training, promoting accident preventions and enforcing safety. Actively working to maintain VPP Status
    • ISO Document Administrator.
    • Assists as ISC to maintain facility operation system(s) and resolution of issues.
    • Analyze operating capabilities in relation to receiving, storage, repackaging and shipping, making recommendations for change as appropriate.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 7+ years’ experience in distribution/logistics.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

    SKILLS REQUIRED: Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WebEx, Cloud, SAP and SDS Pro preferred.  Strong communication skills and quality focus.
